Aaron Marcus – Center Director, HD Tech Holdings, Inc. / Explore Network

Aaron Marcus brings a strong background in leadership and program development to HD Tech Holdings, Inc., where he now serves as the Center Director for the Explore Network partnership. With a focus on structure, accountability, and staff support, Aaron has quickly established himself as a dependable leader capable of driving results.

In his role, he supports daily site operations, mentors new instructors, and ensures that the curriculum delivery aligns with our standards for quality STEM education. He is deeply committed to student outcomes and helping our programs operate with consistency and integrity.

Although Tarsha Weary remains actively involved in overseeing curriculum development and staff training, Aaron is now the primary point of contact for day-to-day operations at the Explore Network site, giving Tarsha the opportunity to expand and strengthen the program across additional schools.
