Grievance process:

Step 1: Submission of Grievance

The employee must submit the grievance in writing to their supervisor or the HR department within 10 working days of the incident.
The grievance should clearly describe the issue, the parties involved, and the outcome sought.

Step 2: Acknowledgment

The supervisor or HR department will acknowledge receipt of the grievance within 3 working days and provide an outline of the next steps.

Step 3: Investigation

An investigation will be conducted to gather facts and perspectives from relevant parties. This process should be completed within 15 working days.

Step 4: Response

Following the investigation, a formal response will be given to the employee, including any actions to be taken or reasons for decisions made.

Step 5: Appeal

If unsatisfied with the response, the employee may appeal to the company director within 5 working days.
The director will review the grievance and issue a final decision within 10 working days.

6. Confidentiality:

All proceedings related to the grievance process will be kept confidential to the extent possible. Information will only be disclosed to those who need to know to conduct a thorough investigation.

7. Protection from Retaliation:

Employees raising grievances will be protected from any form of retaliation. Any retaliatory action will be treated as a separate and serious issue.

8. Modifications:

HD Tech Holdings, Inc reserves the right to modify this procedure as necessary to meet legal requirements and the needs of the organization.
