3. Eligibility for a Refund:
Refunds are available under the following conditions:
The project has not been initiated, and a cancellation request is made within 24 hours of payment.
The delivered service does not match the initial specifications agreed upon in the project proposal, and a claim is made within 7 days of delivery.
4. Non-Refundable Services:
All services are non-refundable once work has begun, except under the conditions listed above. Deposits or partial payments made to secure services are non-refundable after 24 hours from the time of payment.
Process for Requesting a Refund:
To request a refund, customers must submit a written request to hello@hdtechholdings.com detailing the reason for dissatisfaction and any discrepancies between the agreed-upon services and what was delivered.
The request will be reviewed by our team, and if it meets the criteria for a refund as stated above, the process will begin.
6. Refund Amount:
The refund amount may vary based on the services rendered up to the point of cancellation. Full refunds are only available if no work has commenced or if the deliverable is significantly different from what was contracted.
7. Refund Processing:
Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after approval. Refunds will be made using the original method of payment unless otherwise agreed.
